COVID-19 Dashboard Report: Jan. 7, 2022
There are currently 22 active cases of COVID-19 in our campus community. Eleven are employees and 11 are students. All are isolating off campus. We are not aware of any COVID-19-related hospitalizations among students, faculty or staff during the 2021-22 academic year.
There have been 257 COVID-19 tests conducted on campus since Jan. 1, 2022, with a positivity rate of 1.6%.
On-campus testing at Awosting Hall continues Wednesday, Jan. 12, during our reduced winter session schedule. Make an appointment here. Five-day-per-week on-campus testing will resume on Jan. 24.
Ulster County’s current seven-day testing positivity rate is 25.3%, as reported by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC).
Our COVID-19 dashboard has been reset for the spring 2022 term. Fall 2021 statistics on total cases, tests conducted and positivity rate have been archived. Effective Jan. 1, any new cases of COVID-19 in our campus community will be counted in our tally for spring 2022.
