Information Technology Services Update on Alumni Access 

Starting in January 2025, SUNY New Paltz alumni will have access to my.newpaltz.edu for three years after a person’s last course ends. 

For example, someone who last completed a course in Fall 2024 will need to download all documents they wish to keep and save them to a different service provider by the end of the Fall 2027 semester.  After that time, they will no longer have access to those documents. Student transcripts will continue to be available via www.newpaltz.edu/alumnitranscripts.

With respect to their Microsoft 365 Outlook email account, alumni will continue to have access for nine months after their last course ends.
