Nominate a colleague for a 2024-25 SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence

The SUNY New Paltz Scholarships and Awards Committee invites nominations for SUNY Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence for both full-time faculty and professional staff. 

The Chancellor’s Awards are SUNY System-level honors conferred to acknowledge and provide system-wide recognition for consistently superior professional achievement and to encourage the ongoing pursuit of excellence. 

Nomination details: Chancellor’s Awards for full-time faculty and professional staff

Full-time faculty and professional staff can be nominated for Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence in Faculty Service, Librarianship, Professional Service, Scholarship & Creative Activities, and Teaching. 

Complete nomination dossiers for these five award categories should be submitted to chancellors@newpaltz.edu by Oct. 15, 2024, for review by the Scholarships and Awards Committee. Campus submissions must be received in Albany on or before Feb. 18, 2025.

Please note that the nominating letters required for these full-time faculty and staff Chancellor’s Award nomination dossiers must be signed by all nominators, the department chair, and the dean.
