Spring 2022 COVID-19 Info: Ulster County Booster Clinic on campus Monday, Jan. 24
SUNY New Paltz is partnering with Ulster County health officials to host a COVID-19 booster clinic on Monday, Jan. 24, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Student Union Multipurpose Room.
County health officials will be administering Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
The clinic has been scheduled for Jan. 24, the first day of spring 2022 classes, to provide a free, convenient option to returning students and employees who are not yet boosted. Members of the general public may also get boosted at this clinic.
Appointments are required to get boosted at the Jan. 24 on-campus clinic. Please use the links below to schedule:
Make an appointment to get a MODERNA booster on Jan. 24
Make an appointment to get a PFIZER booster on Jan. 24
Make an appointment to get a JOHNSON & JOHNSON booster on Jan. 24
As a reminder, SUNY is requiring all students (including New Paltz students) to get their COVID-19 booster by Feb. 1. Students who are not eligible for the booster on Feb. 1 are required to get it within one month after becoming eligible.
According to the CDC, you are eligible for the COVID-19 booster if:
You got the Moderna vaccine (second dose) five months ago
You got the Pfizer vaccine (second dose) five months ago
You got the Johnson & Johnson vaccine (single dose) two months ago
The CDC says you may choose what vaccine to get as your booster shot; you can stay with the same variety or mix and match.
Temporary visitor parking for the Jan. 24 booster clinic is available in the Haggerty Administration Building lot, which provides access to the Student Union through the Atrium. Please use this link for a campus map.
