Pop-up vaccine clinic for SUNY New Paltz students and employees, Monday, Aug. 30
SUNY New Paltz is partnering with Ulster County to host a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Monday, Aug. 30, at the College Terrace from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The clinic will be open to all students, faculty and staff. The County will be providing first and second doses of the Moderna vaccine.
For New Paltz students who have not yet been vaccinated, getting a first shot on campus on Aug. 30 keeps you on track to be fully vaccinated by the Sept. 27 deadline.
We strongly encourage any student who has not yet been vaccinated to participate in this clinic! Remember that, per SUNY policy, students who are not fully vaccinated by Sept. 27 will be automatically withdrawn from in-person classes and will no longer be allowed to use any SUNY facilities.
Anyone who has not yet received any COVID-19 vaccine can get their first dose at this clinic. Those who receive a first dose will be automatically scheduled for a second dose on Monday, Sept. 27, at a clinic that will also be held on campus.
Anyone who has already received a first dose of the Moderna vaccine (at least four weeks prior to Aug. 30) can get their second dose at this clinic.
Walk-ins are welcome, or you can make an appointment using this link. Please be sure to bring photo ID and your mask with you to the Terrace.
More information about vaccine availability in our region is available at the Ulster County COVID-19 Vaccination Resource Center.
