Join us for our annual Memorial Day Wreath Laying Ceremony on May 27
As we approach the end of the semester, we want to invite you to our seventh annual Memorial Day Wreath Laying Ceremony here on campus.
Please mark your calendar for Thursday, May 27, from 11-11:30 a.m. at the flagpoles outside the Haggerty Administration Building.
Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in service of the United States of America, with origins dating to the Civil War.
Please join the campus community as the Office of Veteran & Military Services ceremoniously lays a wreath at the base of the campus’s American flagpole to pay homage to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice in service to our great nation.
We look forward to seeing you there!
