April 16, 2021, report on confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the campus community
The College has received no new reports of confirmed COVID-19 cases in our in-person community as of yesterday, April 15, at 4 p.m.
Twelve cases are currently classified as active in our campus community. Three students are presently in quarantine on campus, and zero students are in isolation on campus.
The College has administered 32,087 COVID-19 tests on campus since Jan. 1, 2021, with a positivity rate of 0.64%.
There have been 239 students and 32 employees in our on-campus population with confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 since Jan. 1, 2021.
You can stay up-to-date via our COVID-19 dashboard, which includes tallies of current active cases, total cases last week, total recoveries, on-campus testing statistics and positivity rates, and information about students quarantining and isolating on campus.
This dashboard does not include information about positive cases among students taking online courses from home, or employees who are telecommuting and not coming to campus, as any such cases should not pose an on-campus health risk.
We will continue reporting new active cases of COVID-19 in our campus community (defined as students or employees who have been on campus and may have infected others) in the Daily Digest email newsletter and on the COVID-19 dashboard, Monday – Friday throughout the spring 2021 semester.
