Students who have not accepted financial responsibility for spring 2021 will have holds placed on their accounts on March 29
The Office of Student Accounts advises students who have not yet made payment and accepted financial responsibility for the spring 2021 semester that payment in full is now due.
If payment is not made and students do not accept financial responsibility, a hold will be placed on your student account on March 29.
This will prevent students from registering for summer or fall courses, receiving grades for spring classes, and receiving copies of their official transcripts.
If you have not yet made payment, please follow these steps to do so before March 29 to avoid having a hold placed on your account:
1) Log in to http://my.newpaltz.edu.
2) Make sure the “Student” tab is selected, then click “Money” under “Resources” on the left. Find the “Payment Center” under “Student Accounts.”
3) From here, you can accept your financial responsibility by making payment. If you choose not to pay online, you must print and sign a copy of your invoice and mail it along with your payment to the Office of Student Accounts, 400 Hawk Drive, New Paltz, NY 12561.
Please note: If there is a negative balance on your account due to excess financial aid, you must still accept your financial responsibility for your student account.
The Office of Student Accounts is not currently open for walk in traffic due to COVID-19 regulations. No cash payments will be accepted.
