Black Lives Matter at School week continues with Anti-Racism 101, Feb. 3 at 4 p.m.
Interested in learning more about developing anti-racist practices in your life or your work, but not sure where to start?
The College’s Black Lives Matter at School chapter will offer an Anti-Racism 101 workshop on Wednesday, Feb. 3, at 4 p.m. via Zoom.
Use this link to join Anti-Racism 101: Raise Your Awareness and Be Accountable, Feb. 3 at 4 p.m.
All students, faculty and staff are invited to join Joel Oppenheimer, senior counselor at the Psychological Counseling Center, for a dialogue about how we all can raise awareness and be accountable on issues related to race.
The workshop provides an opportunity to begin, or continue, your work in anti-racism by exploring the cultural constructs that prevent us from building greater equity in our community, and becoming more aware of how these systems manifest in our own thoughts and actions.
Please share this invite with friends and colleagues who may want to join. Use the link above or copy this URL into your browser to enter the workshop: https://zoom.us/j/95598253977?pwd=a3p6YmpHOWMrM3dlQzFTN1BBM1RkQT09
