Save the Date for “Dismantling Racism: Checking in Post-Election,” Nov. 12
SUNY New Paltz will hold the next installment in its series of town hall dialogues on race and racism on Thursday, Nov. 12, beginning at 4:45 p.m.
“Dismantling Racism: Checking in Post-Election” is designed as an opportunity for students, faculty, staff and alumni to share thoughts and ideas about the world and how we experience it in the days following the 2020 presidential election.
The event will also serve as a continuation of ongoing conversations about the College’s work toward becoming an anti-racist institution, and how we can better serve all members of our community.
The discussion will be hosted on Zoom. Attendees can use this link to join the meeting on Zoom when it begins. It will also be streamed live on YouTube, and will be archived there for viewers who are not able to attend live.
More meeting details will be shared soon.
