Faculty and staff: Please update Office Closings page with fall semester availability
The following message was sent by email to faculty and staff on Thursday, Aug. 6.
Dear Colleagues:
As offices refine and finalize plans for staffing and services across the fall semester, it is important that all offices clearly communicate information regarding the office schedule, expectations for accessing services or conducting day-to-day business, and how to reach staff for assistance.
Please use this link to provide information about office hours and operations. You may also consider listing ways to contact staff or make appointments for virtual services.
Please post signs on office doors with information about expectations for how to submit paperwork, how to access staff if there is a need for assistance and how to make appointments for services or in-person transactions where necessary. Be clear if walk-in traffic is not possible and if in-person transactions are by appointment only.
We ask that offices please make every effort to post this information before Monday, Aug. 17, 2020, when new students begin to move into campus residences and more staff will be returning to campus to serve students and colleagues.
