Cooking, meditation, coding and more: SUNY Perks at Work program offering dozens of free classes every Thursday
The SUNY Perks at Work benefits program has added a new resource to its offerings for state university employees.
The Thursday Community Online Academy is a weekly slate of free learning, development and health and wellness programs for kids and adults, taught by qualified instructors from within the community.
Classes run from 5 a.m. – 9 p.m. and touch on a wide range of subjects – everything from Pilates, Ballet and Boxing Fitness, to Coding, Chinese and Sign Language, to Meditation, Cooking and Relieving Back Pain.
Employees and family members can dial into as many or as few sessions as they like each day.
