Sojourner Truth Library hosting Q&A sessions on online learning
SUNY New Paltz faculty and staff can join research and instruction librarians at the Sojourner Truth Library for Q&A sessions devoted to the many resources available at the Library to support remote instruction.
The first Q&A will take place on Tuesday, May 26, from 10 – 11 a.m., with more sessions to follow later this summer. Use this link to register to receive the video conferencing link.
These short, informational meetings will feature Library staff sharing tips for leveraging the wealth of remote services and collections that the Library offers, and answering questions for participants on a range of topics, including:
- Synchronous and asynchronous Library instruction
- Finding e-resources (including streaming film)
- Online reference collections
- Online research support services for students
Additional Library Q&A’s on online learning will be held on June 24 at 1 p.m., July 23 at 3 p.m. and Aug. 4 at 12 p.m.
