College Council schedules its next meeting
The College Council will hold its next meeting at 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, in the Haggerty Administration Building, Room 903, on the SUNY New Paltz campus.
Reports will be given by Council Member Eli Basch of Kingston, who will chair this meeting, and President Donald P. Christian.
Included in new business will be a budget update from Michele Halstead, vice president for administration and finance, and a presentation by Dean Laura Barrett, who will highlight the goals for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Barrett joined the campus as dean in August 2014.
SUNY New Paltz’s College Council meetings are webcast over the Internet, in accordance with New York State Executive Order #3, which directs state agencies and public authorities to webcast all public meetings subject to the Open Meetings Law. At SUNY New Paltz, this impacts College Council meetings.
