SUNY New Paltz to host Thought Leaders Master Series: State of the Hudson Valley Economy
SUNY New Paltz will host Thought Leaders Master Series: State of the Hudson Valley Economy on Tuesday, June 24, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., in the Student Union Multipurpose Room on the New Paltz campus.
Organized by Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation (HVEDC), the leading economic development agency for the seven-county region of Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland, Orange, Ulster and Sullivan counties, Thought Leaders Master Series: State of the Economy is a unique opportunity to gain insight and hear expert commentary on the prospects for the Hudson Valley economy from a panel of economic, financial, real estate and labor experts. Find out the short- and long-term risks to achieving sustainable economic growth within various industries in the region, as well as the potential paths to greater employment for area residents.
The keynote speaker is nationally-renowned expert Dr. Paul Harrington, professor and director for the Center of Labor Market and Policy at Drexel University.
