The August 2022 WellNYS challenge: Stay hydrated!

The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for August 2022, and this one is timely during the dog days of summer: Stay hydrated!

The calendar gives ideas for how to make drinking water a part of your everyday routine, as well as the benefits of drinking water on a regular basis.

The calendar can be viewed in full below or downloaded here as a pdf.

You can also read EAP’s brand new monthly newsletter, Frontline Employee, for more ideas for self-care and enjoyment.

About the Employee Assistance Program

The mission of the Employee Assistance Program is to provide a comprehensive, confidential, worksite-based program to support faculty and staff, as well as their families, in navigating emotional, legal, financial, grief, change, relationship, substance or domestic violence issues.

EAP is funded through the collective bargaining agreements between the State of New York and the public employee unions: CSEA, PEF, UUP, NYSCOPBA, GSEU, Council 82, and DC-37. The Office of Employee Relations (OER) contributes on behalf of Management/ Confidential employees.
