There are currently 31 active cases of COVID-19 in our campus community. Two are employees and all others are students. Seven students are isolating on campus, and all others are isolating off campus.
Since Jan. 1, 2022, there have been 322 active cases among students and 92 active cases among employees. Active cases are defined as a confirmed positive COVID-19 test among members of our community who have been on campus while possibly infectious.
There were 368 tests conducted at our on-campus Awosting Hall testing site from April 17-23. The positivity rate of those tests was 6.5%.

According to the CDC, Ulster County’s current COVID-19 Community Level is Medium. The county’s current seven-day testing positivity rate is 11.8%, as reported by the CDC.
