SUNY New Paltz will continue to provide COVID-19 testing at Awosting Hall in fall 2021. Individual PCR testing will be facilitated by our partners at ENZO Labs.

Monday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Tuesday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Thursday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Friday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

On-campus testing will be closed on the following holidays:

Labor Day (Sept. 6)

Columbus Day (Oct. 11)

Thanksgiving & day after (Nov. 25 & 26)

Starting Sept. 7, the College will require all vaccinated students, faculty and staff with a campus presence to be tested for COVID-19 every five weeks. Read more here about that policy.

ENZO Labs testing is by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. No same-day appointments will be accepted.

You can use this link to sign up for ENZO Labs testing. You must create an account before making an appointment. This only needs to be done once.

After you have registered your account, you can use this link to schedule your appointment.

Where the appointment form asks for Student ID, please use the Banner ID number that is located on your SUNY New Paltz ID Card (the number begins with “N0”). It is extremely import that this Banner ID is correct. If you are unsure what your Banner ID number is, please email the Student Health Service at healthservice@newpaltz.edu and we will provide you with your Banner ID.

Please note that you will need your health insurance information to make an appointment. If you are unsure if ENZO accepts your Health Insurance, please reach out to ENZO Labs at info@enzo.com or 800-522-5052.

ENZO Labs uses a short nasal swab. It is a quick, painless test. You may eat, drink, and/or brush your teeth as normal prior to this test.

Results from Enzo Labs testing are generally available within 2-3 business days after testing. We remind our community that this is only an estimate; we are dependent on our partners’ ability to process tests and cannot guarantee exact result times. Results will be uploaded to your COVID-19 profile when available.

Please do not report to Awosting Hall for testing if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.

Employees who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (whether they are vaccinated or unvaccinated) should contact their physician and arrange a test off campus.

Students (whether they are vaccinated or unvaccinated) who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms should contact the Student Health Service or their physician to arrange a diagnostic test.

More information about COVID-19 testing is available at the Student Health Service website.
