Members of our community now have access to a new feature that lets you set up a WebEx meeting without leaving your Office 365 calendar.
WebEx meetings can now be scheduled from your Outlook online calendar by selecting a block of time, clicking the WebEx icon on the top bar, and signing into WebEx. Meetings you schedule this way will automatically be added to your calendar.
This new plug-in is a quick and easy way to save time for yourself and those attending your meetings, and it only takes a minute to set up.
