Different programs will be highlighted on different days, so participants can choose the dates that coincide with their program of interest.
These sessions are designed for anyone who’s interested in learning more about getting a graduate degree, whether you’re a current undergraduate student, a professional considering a career change or anything in between.
New Paltz’s 50+ graduate programs, including advanced certificate and 4+1 programs, will be showcased during Open House Week as follows:
- Monday, Nov. 16: Education
Learn more about graduate programs for teachers and school administrators, including specialized programs in literacy, TESOL and more
- Tuesday, Nov. 17: Business, Science & Engineering and Education
Get info about our accredited MBA program, offerings in computer science and electrical engineering, and additional education programs
- Wednesday, Nov. 18: Fine & Performing Arts
New Paltz’s MFA program allows for multimedia exploration or concentration in a single craft, and the internationally renowned music therapy program leads to clinical practice and certification
- Thursday, Nov. 19: Liberal Arts & Sciences
Featuring representatives from communication disorders, English, clinical mental health counseling and many more programs
All Open House Week events will take place online, so attendees can safely get the information they need from the comfort of home.
In addition to one-on-one meetings with program coordinators, there will also be open Q&A sessions and consultations with our Career Resource Center and Office of Veteran & Military Services, and video tutorials on financial aid and how to apply, so attendees can get important info about applying, degree requirements, aid, job prospects and more.

You may register for one day or the entire week. Upon submission of your registration form, we will send you a confirmation and an email the day of the event with a unique URL to join.
When the event begins, all attendees will have access to a personal portal that serves as their Open House Navigation Hub. From there, you can join live sessions, watch video tutorials, find additional program links and connect with our faculty and administrative representatives.
