Summer is a great time to get in some extra professional development, and the NYS/UUP Joint Labor-Management Committee is pleased to offer FREE online professional development to UUP-represented employees through the Empire Knowledgebank (EKB) eLearning program.
All course information, including a listing of courses, is provided in the Knowledgebank. To obtain a license for EKB access, please submit an application (available online at https://goer.ny.gov/professional-development-opportunities).

**Supervisory approval will not be required to participate in the summer online learning license program; however, employees are still encouraged to seek approval from their supervisor. The Office of Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion recommends that employees have a discussion with their supervisors regarding their professional development plans and opportunities.
