Micro-internship opportunities with Parker-Dewey

The Career Resource Center is pleased to become a university partner with Parker-Dewey, an organization that offers micro-internships for college students and recent graduates.

New Paltz students and alumni can now apply for paid, short-term internships that will allow them to gain additional experience in a variety of professional fields.

Short-term: Ranging from 10-40 hours in duration
Paid: Up to $20 per hour
Remote or Onsite: About 90% of projects were remote before COVID-19
Professional: Assignments similar to those given to interns or new hires

Information Session with The Anderson Center for Autism

Learn more about career opportunities at one of the largest employers in Dutchess County at this virtual discussion, Tuesday, May 12, at 4 p.m.

Virtual Job-search groups for graduating seniors

Are you a graduating senior? The CRC has something new for you!

We will deliver information, resources and guidance to upcoming graduates in a virtual job-search group format.

This setting gives each participant the chance to share ideas and support each other in a group setting. Each group will meet for four sessions to begin before graduation and continue into June. Participants will be given action items to complete along the way to bring back and share with group.
