On behalf of the Department of Athletics, Wellness & Recreation, I am proud to officially introduce and announce our Virtual Fitness Program!
Use this link to access our Virtual Class Library, where you will find some of your favorite Dance Fitness Formats, a Virtual Schedule and ZOOM links to access live classes including Total Body Conditioning, Barre/Pilates Fusion, Yoga, Boot Camp, and Ab Lab.
All classes have been redesigned with your home spaces in mind to make our popular programming accessible.
I am deeply proud of the student staff members that have stepped up here to make this vision a reality! In a very short time, they have worked diligently to become familiar with virtual teaching and adapted their style to accommodate home fitness. I would also like to thank Monica D’Ippolito and Kevin Makarewicz for their backend website work to make this new vision a reality!
