The State University of New York at New Paltz School of Business is pleased to host a 2010 Fall Tax Practitioner Institute on December 6 from 8:00am – 4:30pm at the College Terrace on campus. Registration and breakfast will be from 7:30-8:00am.
Those who attend will earn eight CPE credits in compliance. Representatives from the IRS and NYS Department of Taxation & Finance will present the following topics: federal and state tax law updates; return preparer registration; NYS taxpayer right advocate; employment tax initiatives and IMRS issues; NYS Tax & Finance changes on sales tax/income tax audit updates and processing; and IRS- employee plan updates. There will be opportunities for questions and answers.
There is a $100 fee, which includes breakfast and lunch, to attend.
