NEW PALTZ, NY- The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) has announced the 2009 All-Region Team. Sophomore midfielder Tommy Garafola (Richmond Hill/St Francis Prep) has been selected to Third Team All-East Region Team. Garafola finished the season with two goals and a team-high eight assists.
