Junior third basemen Justine Scutaro (Shoreham, NY/Shoreham-Wading River) has been named the SUNYAC and ECAC Upstate softball player of the week for the week ending April 5th. Scutaro hit .533 (8 of 15) and had eight RBIs in a 3-3 week for the Hawks. She went 4 for 5 with three doubles and three RBIs in a 6-5 win against Buffalo State, and then added her first career grand slam in an 8-7 loss in the second half of the twin bill.
