NEW PALTZ, NY — Sophomore Dale Cornelius was selected to the 2008 SUNYAC softball all-tournament team. She hit. .444 (4-of-9) as the Hawks went 1-2 for a fifth place conference finish. New Paltz fell to Cortland 3-0, before shutting out Oswego 8-0 in five innings. The Hawks then lost to Buffalo State 7-1 to be eliminated. Cornelius was 3-for-3 with four RBIs in the win over Oswego. The Hawks completed their season with a school record 25 wins.
