NEW PALTZ, NY — The men’s volleyball team hosted #9 Ramapo tonight and were swept by the Roadrunners 3-0 (30-23, 32-30, 30-26). The Hawks fall to 7-15 on the season while Ramapo improves to 20-2.
Junior Ryan Huberty led the attack with 13 kills on 26 attempts with eight errors. Sophomore Alex Jackson registered eight kills and Stephen Pendleton finished with six kills and 27 assists. Senior Pedro Medina collected eight digs and first year Andrew Cassius totaled seven digs and six assists.
The Hawks hit .069% as a team, while Ramapo hit .266%. New Paltz will return to action on Friday Feb. 29th when they host Mt. St. Vincent at 7:00 pm.
