PURCHASE, NY — The women’s soccer team traveled to Manhattanville College tonight for a game under the lights and tied the Valiants 0-0 in double-overtime. The Hawks extend their unbeaten streak to five games as they improve to 4-3-2 on the season.
New Paltz outshot Manhattanville 23-13 and held a 9-1 corner kick advantage but could not capitalize on their opportunities. Junior Sarah Boccard posted six saves in net for the Hawks. New Paltz returns to SUNYAC play this weekend when they travel to Geneseo on Friday and Brockport on Saturday.
