NEW PALTZ, NY — The NCAA Division III Women’s Tennis Committee has selected the 48 teams that will compete in the NCAA Division III Women’s Tennis Championships. The teams will play a single-elimination tournament with the first, second and third rounds played at regional sites.
SUNY New Paltz receieved an automatic qualification into the tournament by winning the SUNYAC Championship in October, 2006. The Hawks will play the first round on May 4th at Tufts, with the winner advancing to play Wellesley on May 5th.
