SAN RAFAEL, CA — The SUNY New Paltz women’s basketball team traveled to Dominician University in San Rafael, CA tonight and dropped a close 57-53 decision. First year Kristen Sitek led the attack with 16 points and eight boards. Senior Jenny Driscoll chipped in with eight points, four assists and Nicole Sarcone added eight points, five rebounds and four steals. Maggie Farrell finished with seven points, sinking five of six from the charity stripe. The Hawks fall to 6-3 on the season and will return to action on Jan. 8th with they travel to CCNY for a 4p.m. non-conference match-up.
