NEW PALTZ, NY — In 2006, the team completed the season with a 6-11-1 record. The team claimed four consecutive wins to cap off their season. Senior Joseph Fabian was named to the third team All-SUNYAC team after posting 12 points on six goals, despite missing the last three games of the season due to injury. Seniors Jason Irish and Brian Siergiej joined Fabian on the All-SUNYAC team. In the scoring column, senior Greg Foss collected five goals, three assists for 13 points. Junior Justin Thomson added three goals on the season for the Hawks. Seniors Jeffrey Dudley and Masanori Hotta split time in goal with Dudley posting a 2.32 goals against average in 1200 minutes and Hotta claiming a 1.87 GAA in 482 minutes.
