ROCHESTER, NY — The SUNY New Paltz men’s volleyball team swept day two at the Nazareth Tournament defeating Wentworth College 3-0 (30-16, 31-29, 30-23) in the early match and won a close match against D’Youville College 3-2 (30-27, 24-30, 30-23, 25-30, 15-13).
The Tournament was won by number 13 ranked and host Nazareth College who won all four of their games. SUNY New Paltz freshman setter Matt Weingarten (East Moriches, NY) had a great four match set for the Hawks earning himself a spot on the All-Tournament Team.
