SUNY New Paltz president is guest speaker at Poughkeepsie Chamber breakfast, Nov. 17

NEW PALTZ — Steven Poskanzer, president of the State University of New York at New Paltz, will present the findings of the college’s just-completed economic impact study, titled “SUNY New Paltz: Making an Impact” at the Poughkeepsie Area Chamber of Commerce breakfast on Wednesday, Nov. 17, at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel.

Poskanzer will deliver a 30-minute Power Point presentation where he will discuss how, as the second largest employer in Ulster County, SUNY New Paltz significantly impacts the region’s economy, bringing millions of additional dollars into the community, the Hudson Valley and New York state.
