“The Hall of Fame is our opportunity to recognize the great achievements of our volunteers, alumni, students, and friends,” Dean Salavitabar explains, “through these positive relationships we continue to build the necessary programs for our students’ success.”

This year’s inductees include Carl Meyer as Business Person of the Year. Meyer is the President and Chief Operating Officer for Central Hudson. Meyer also serves on the board of directors for Vassar Brothers Medical Center and Mount Saint Mary College, among others.

“Carl Meyer, Jay Kasi, and Meredith Phelan have all contributed to the School of Business,” said Salavitabar, “through their individual efforts many programs have been developed that benefit our students and the business community.
