NEW PALTZ, NY — Jason Octave (Castries, St. Lucia) had 19 kills and a .577 hitting percentage to lead the Knights of Queens College to a 3-0 victory over New Paltz Tuesday night at Elting Gymnasium.
Maxim Auguste (Castries, St. Lucia) added 14 kills for the victors while Leeor Alon (Holon, Israel) finished the match with 43 assists.
Chris Ganje (Halfmoon, NY) was the high man for the Hawks with 13 kills. Ian Henderson (Redding, CT) contributed 27 assists.
New Paltz is back in action Friday at Elting at 8:00 p.m. against Mercyhurst.
