TROY — SUNY New Paltz got back on the winning track with a 6-3 win over Russell Sage College on Thursday afternoon.
Rachel Murray won twice for the (4-7) Hawks, beating Aileen Swisher (6-3, 6-7, 7-6) at third singles and teaming with Tara Schinsing to defeat the Gators’ tandem of Resa Swartz and Sherrica Tai (8-3) at third doubles.
New Paltz plays at Stevens Institute of Technology at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
