Union Defeats New Paltz In Tennis

NEW PALTZ — SUNY New Paltz lost in men’s tennis for only the third time in its last eight matches on Tuesday, 7-2, to Union College at New Paltz’s university Air Structure.

Sophomore Rhode Island University transfer Ed Paulinski and Hawk teammate David Bridglall won at third and sixth singles, respectively, for the (7-6) Hawks.

New Paltz’s scheduled season finale Thursday against Hartwick has been postponed, with the makeup date to be announced.
