New York Chocolate Show
I have been searching for the most important events in New York because I think it would be good to attend one of those events when we are living in NYC.
I really love chocolate so I find this event very interesting.
It is called ‘New York Chocolate Show’ and it is the largest show completely dedicated to chocolate in all its forms in the United States. Considered the chocolate hub of North America, the Chocolate Show celebrates its 15th Anniversary in 2012.
On 4,000 sq. of exhibition, this event hosts more than 15,000 visitors, journalists and professionals with some 150 participants.
The best chocolatiers and pastry chefs from America and abroad gather together to present their savoir-faire and talent to the public. The Chocolate Show is also dotted with special events, celebrations and performances like:
• Culinary Theaters – Live Demos by top chefs.
• Bookstore – Meet the authors live.
• Kids Zone.
• 2011 Chocolate Show Demonstrations Recipes.
The New York Chocolate Show will take place at:
Metropolitan Pavilion
125 West 18th Street (between 6th and 7th Avenues)
New York, NY 10011
Friday, November 9 – Saturday, November 10, 2012: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Sunday, November 11, 2012: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
I would like to go; the only bad thing is that you have to pay a $40-dollar ticket.

Karen – 40 dollars to be in the center of the chocolate universe? money well spent! Maybe you can convince them you are with the press and get a press pass if you blog about it!
